Do you believe in coincidences? If you do, I think you landed here for a reason and I'm excited to have you!
My name is Paula Sahota and I have been resident here in Surrey BC for the past 8 years, having moved over from the UK with my husband and 2 beautiful children. As a business graduate in the UK, and with many years of customer service experience in hand, I wanted to put my skills, knowledge and years of experience to good use, and I've had the pleasure of being part of a wonderful, caring community here in Surrey. BC. I decided to follow real estate as a career path, when I realized the doors it would open in our market would help me give back to our community members. Working with Coldwell Banker Marquise Realty has enabled me to give back to the community, through the various community initiatives we have participated in.
As my valued clients often tell me, I am a Realtor who listens and understands the wants and needs of my clients. I have had the pleasure of building my real estate career on professionalism, integrity, hard work and building wonderful, lasting relationships with people who put their trust in me to help them achieve their real estate goals. Providing excellent customer service is my top priority and I will go above and beyond in order to meet my clients expectations (and sometimes exceed them!).
"I purchased my home with Paula and she was absolutely fantastic to work with in buying my new home. She understood what I was looking for and found me listings that matched my criteria. She made herself available to me at a moments notice and gave me good insights on how to proceed in multiple offers that we wrote on in a two week period of frantic house searching. I highly recommend Paula's service as she will exceed your expectations" (Jesse P)
"Paula was an amazing Realtor. She listened well and took her time to show us all the options we had. I appreciated her patience with me, as I can be a picky person! Thanks for all your hard work and support Paula! We will definitely keep you in mind for the future. Thanks again, Daisy"
